                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JAMES R. VANDERGRIFF,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 72, TRACT NO.
                   001.1, HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF THREE HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($300.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from James R. Vandergriff, relative
       to Contract No. 72, Tract No. 001.1, Hixson Collection System, 
for
       a total consideration of $300.00.
